Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.
– Provide comprehensive information about products and services to customers.
– Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
– Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and resolution of concerns.
– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and inquiries.
– Relay customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments.
– Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Communication skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English]. Ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
