We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.</p>



<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br>– Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat.<br>– Provide comprehensive information about products and services to customers.<br>– Troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.<br>– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.<br>– Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and resolution of concerns.<br>– Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and inquiries.<br>– Relay customer feedback and suggestions to relevant departments.<br>– Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.</p>



<p><strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><em>Education: <br></em>High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification or training in customer service or related fields is a plus.<br><em>Experience: <br></em>Previous experience in a customer support role or similar position is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.<br><em>Communication skills: <br></em>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English].
